Panopta Incident Hub
The Panopta Incident Hub introduced a unified system of incident‑response tools designed to give teams complete visibility across complex infrastructure environments. I led UX across features ranging from automation runbooks and performance charts to larger initiatives like the Incident Overview, browser‑synthetic checks, alert timelines, and in‑dashboard communication. Together, these capabilities helped teams diagnose issues faster, automate key workflows, and collaborate more effectively—positioning Panopta as both a monitoring platform and a comprehensive incident‑management solution.

Panopta Mobile App
The Panopta mobile app extended the platform’s incident‑response capabilities to on‑the‑go IT teams, giving administrators real‑time visibility into infrastructure health and active outages. As the lead UX/UI designer, I balanced technical constraints, business goals, and user needs to define the app’s structure, interaction model, and visual language. The experience enabled users to receive critical alerts, manage maintenance windows, collaborate with teammates, review on‑call schedules, and access key performance data—all from a streamlined, mobile‑first interface. This work strengthened Panopta’s ability to support faster response and remediation, positioning the app as an essential tool for modern IT operations.

Panopta Site Design & Rebranding
Beyond my core role in product design, I led UX for Panopta’s new marketing site and acted as the company’s de facto creative director. I drove a full brand redesign—establishing standards, shaping the visual language, and guiding the creation of all marketing assets to strengthen trust and alignment between the product and the brand.

Culinary Academy App
Beyond my core work in enterprise SaaS, I've led end‑to‑end product design for Culinary Academy, a 0→1 mobile experience built to educate and teach people how to cook. I defined the app’s structure, crafted the interaction model, and shaped the visual language—from early research and user flows through high‑fidelity design and prototyping.
